Depends on the game. For things like single player RPGs, then story is the most important thing. But things that're geared towards multiplayer (Split screen co-op and the like) then the quality of tbe multiplayer is obviously the most important thing.

      I think a perfect example would be something like Rainbow six: Vegas.

      If you play splitscreen co-op you get NO story what so ever, but it doesn't detract from the experience at all.
