Not necessarily, it'd have to be another one from Dell. It's my understanding that the motherboards are OEM just like Windows, and even though the motherboard is from the same manufacturing company, it is not keyed to the Dell brand name unless it is shipped by Dell.
The report I read on this was incomplete, and no test cases were provided, so I'd call Dell and discuss it with them before making any purchases.

You'll still run into a few problems when swapping motherboards, though, since Microsoft considers that as being an entirely new computer at that point. You'll have to re-activate Windows online, or call them.

I know it is OEM as it has the license info on the case/sleeve thing: "this OEM software is....blah blah blah."
