Not that I know of. They have a dynamic ad system though, but it is VERY decent, you hardly notice it, and they really only promote other games, like other TM games.
And you can upgrade your copy to the payed version, that then includes more environments to drive in. But they all suck in comparison to the stadium environment that comes with Nations.
