I use Charter (the wonderful people watching my computers for "stealing software" and other such madness right now - as per my older blog entry details) and I am not the least bit surprised by this.

Hell, half the time the service slows up, disconnects for no reason, stays down for a day or two here and there with no explanation when you call in other than an "I don't know" and so on and so forth.


The people are idiots, complete idiots.

    And you still give them money? I don't know anything about the state of US broadband, but it sounds pretty mucky right now with comcast's meddling and other things.

          DSL here is worse than cable and I'd rather not have to deal with it either. >:
