I love it! I only recently started doing fractal work, it's a huge change from what I've been doing so far. My watchers on DeviantART aren't pleased, I imagine.

        Apophysis is pretty good. The fractal foundation has some free software out, but it's not really all that good. You have less control and the colors aren't as great.

          I'm still having fun with Apophysis. I tend to work with rendered images in Paintshop Pro later on, just to see if I can improve the look.

              I'm still fairly new with it so my fractals aren't very complicated. Still, I like them. I always make sure I delete the flame file after I'm done, that way I could never make two of a kind.

                    You just install it and it asks you if you want it as your screensaver, and then it runs automatically every time your computer goes into the screen saver.

                          Yeah...How about the Preview option when you're choosing your screensaver? I guess that wouldn't work if you have to use some other utility to set it as screensaver, though...
