I disagree, her anger is well founded. Microsoft is a marketing whore and thats all they count on come release day. And hey don't count us kids out, some of us might be fortunate enough to have a father who teaches us all we need to know about using a decent operating system. (PC LinuxOS minime '08, hell yah.)

    Of course, there are always exceptions. I, however, being the corporate clone that my parents have bred me into, have always loved Windows. Until I opened my eyes and saw that there is a wide, wide world out there of other options.

    I'm right at the bridge between the generation who won't change from the old and familiar, and the generation that is CREATING better options for us all.

    It's an interesting position to be in.
