WoW and EVE are completely different types of games.

WoW is Directed Experience (meaning there is an 'endgame')

EVE is Sandbox (meaning you make what you want from it)

I know lol. I've played both and know the gameplay and the structure of them. What I'm saying WoW seems like an ingenius money making scheme since it takes a long time to grind your way through the game, Eve online takes a somewhat similar method of having to 'grind' through things, i.e. whether that be waiting 2 weeks to get to level 4 Electrical engineering or whatever or collecting enough resources to build your next thing from a blue print. The point with Eve is that unlike WoW, you set your ship/person/whatever to do something and it takes a long time in which you may not be able to do much, like when I first started. You have to spend a long time setting it to run and leave it for a while whilst it builds up a skill. Whereas in WoW you're actually getting gameplay out of the money. I suppose you're also technically getting 'gameplay' out of Eve when you're not playing...bah, have a rambled on at all? lol
