Napalm Riot is a growing community of gamers, and therefore we, as a group, need each and every individual to participate in this online society in a manner which is conducive to the positive and healthy growth of the community.

This means that we, as a community, will be better off, interacting in a way befitting of each other. The most important aspect is tolerance; you as an individual will need to accept that there are other people with, sometimes radically, different taste than your own. Not everyone is going to be a Real-time Strategy gamer, or a First Person Shooter gamer. There are a number of ways in which you can interact with other users, most often you will find that comments, blogs and forums are the easiest and most common ways. The way in which you behave while interacting will count to define what kind of a community we build together. Remember, we are all different, verity is the spice of life, and what makes this place so enjoyable and exciting. We all deserve each other’s respect.


The following are things that are absolutely unsuitable behavior for any member of the community, regardless of the type of user. As a community we cannot tolerate abusive and malicious posts, wherever they may be. This includes, but is not limited to;

1. Intentionally causing offense,
2. Posting racist and bigoted opinions,
3. Gender and sexual discrimination,
4. Spam and flooding, this includes the ASCII flowers, hearts, and all things of that nature,
5. Mindless abuse of users, threats of violence or damage to another users property (Such as threats of physical violence, damage to computers),
6. Site abuse will not be tolerated, and will be dealt with in the strictest manner called for by the nature of the behavior,
7. Other unsuitable activity includes blatant obscenity,
8. Slanderous comments revolving around other users,
9. Seeking and offering pirated items, be that software, music, movies, cracking tools and other illegal activities,
10. In the same vein as seeking or offering pirated items, seeking or offering resources that enable piracy of anything is also unsuitable.

Flaming and outright brawls in public are greatly discouraged. We would ask that you keep them to private communication channels. If you feel that you're being harassed by someone on the site, be it via comments, notes, the forums, etc, then contact us at help@napalmriot.com and let us know.


Visual submissions need to comply with the entirety of this Etiquette Policy. Whether they be User Icons, Forums Signatures, User ID's, Screenshots or Pictures, Etc. They must absolutely not contain any pornographic imagery. Due to their very nature, these images will be removed without warning.


Site abuse is something that is taken very seriously. Every individual case will be investigated and dealt with on a case by case basis. There are going to be accidental situations that do not require a response in tune with a deliberate, malicious attack. Due to the way these situations have to be handled, we cannot say what will get a warning, suspension or even a ban.


As time goes on, this Etiquette Policy is likely to change, with new additions, in order to deal with new features and issues which must be addressed. We will do our best to let the community know about these changes as they come about.
